I have discovered the stairs! It didn't take me long at all to figure this one out. I go up fast and don't like to stop. And, no, I do not need any help. Try and catch me!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We had a really nice day and hope you did, too. I loved turkey dinner. I think the mashed potatoes are my favorite, but maybe it's the turkey, or the stuffing or green beans. Wait. The pumpkin pie was best. I tried everything! This year my family has so much to be thankful for: our wonderful grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; Carter's normal hearing test; our good health, but most of all...each other!

New Orleans
Mom and Dad went on a trip to New Orleans last weekend. They went to the National Association of Realtors convention to sponsor an event for the new business, and they had a lot of fun. Lots of gumbo, oysters and walking everywhere. Mom says the city is about 60% back to normal, there are lots of people making the effort and trying hard, but there is a long way to go. They need tourists badly! One of the highlights of their weekend was seeing Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush speak at the convention. I stayed home and had a wonderful time with both sets of grandparents and Dilma, who all took care of me during the weekend. I was SO glad when Mom and Dad got back, and I haven't wanted to be far from them ever since their return!
