8 months old!

Holy cow - I'm 8 months old! Mom and Dad are having trouble keeping track of all my new changes, so I'll remind them. I am crawling everywhere, especially where they don't want me to (heh heh heh). Sitting up on my own is lots of fun, but I'm already moving on to practicing standing and pulling myself up. I mostly love mealtimes...plain yogurt and any kind of fruit are the best, those green veggies are OK I guess, if I must. I love being outside and going to the park. I've made two new friends there, and my babysitter Dilma takes me to see them everyday. I am very focused and can seem pretty serious, but I get the giggles, too! Now if these top teeth would bust through (they are really bugging me), everything will be perfect. Come see me soon, I love having visitors!

I have discovered that the higher I go, the more I can see. I wonder what I'll see if I stand up? Think I'll go practice that.

New favorite place

Here I am in my new favorite place to crawl to. I love hanging out under my saucer. So what if I get stuck and scream? It's so fun!

Stretching Out

Now that I'm crawling, I like to stretch out a bit before I get going. Mom and dad are trying to teach me the concept of a "cool down," but I'm not really so interested in slowing down.
