Memorial Day Weekend
We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend. John and Greg came from Toronto to visit! And all my grandparents stopped by for hugs! I had such a great time with everyone that I wore myself out and fell asleep for the night at 4:15 in the afternoon. Phew! And to add to the fun, I just turned 5 months old!

Waking up from my nap
I like to wake up from my naps slowly and take some time to play in my crib and talk to myself. Mom set me up with a bunch of stuffed animals today and I had a great time.
Mmmmm....hands
My hands are so delicious, I eat them all day long. Dad pulled my hand out of my mouth for a second, but I popped it right back in!
Out on the deck
I love being outside...there's so much activity. The birds and squirrels, the breeze, and those crazy bricklayers making all that racket across the alley!
Sunday in the park
The gang met up in the park for some swinging. Check out how big we are all getting! That's me, Grace and Leo, from left to right. I got tired and had to come home for a nap, but I can't wait to see my pals again soon!
Sitting pretty
Mom always says how comfy the couch is - I certainly enjoyed it. Notice how I'm practicing to drive stick shift in the bottom picture. When I have the driving thing mastered I'll be sure to pop over for a visit!!
Carter and Charlie
Rose and Charlie came for a quick visit on Saturday from Kalamazoo. I finally got to spend some time with Charlie! We had a good time relaxing on the couch on Sunday morning.
Mother's Day
Sunday was Mom's first Mother's Day, and she said it was a wonderful day. Dad and I made sure to pamper Mom all day, and I was on my best behavior. We had the McAllisters and Levines over for brunch and that was fun.

My New Duckie
Mom's cousin Nancy sent me this soft and cuddly duck to play with. I had to grab him and hug him immediately! It's my new favorite toy.

Mommy gets so excited when she gets me ready to go out to the park. Can you see all of the fun activities we did before the park though - I spy a half full bottle, a few of my favorite toys, and my socks!
A visit from Grace
My pal Grace came over for a visit...she's a month older than me, and boy is she good at tummy time! I watched her technique in the hopes of picking up some tips.

4 months old!
So I'm four months old, and life is getting really fun. I like to giggle and talk, grab my toes, flip over onto my tummy (but then I get stuck...), and practice sitting up. I also love eating my hand (I can almost get my whole fist in my mouth!) and drooling all over everything. I am very busy. Mom and Dad tell me I can slow down and just relax - but I can't! There's too much to do.
At my checkup yesterday, I found out that I...
am 28 inches long!
weigh 15.3 pounds,
and my head is 41.8 cm.
