Mommy's tea party
Mom met up with her girlfriends for a fancy tea party downtown today. She told me she had a great time, and that she and Angela, Amy and Anne talked all about their kids even though it was their afternoon "off." Well, Amy's baby isn't here just yet...but Lydia, Vincent, Leo and I can't wait for his/her arrival!!
Angela visits
Angela came over to do some work with Mom and Dad and when they were done I got some attention. I hope next time she brings her boys for me to play with!

I'm getting ready for bed and mom breaks out the camera! I didn't get every word but I recall something about my copper colored hair really looking good after my bath.

Friday was a perfect spring day and we went to the park to play. Dad's cousin Toby came to visit with her son Daniel, and Grammy came, too! We had a great time, I love being outside and seeing all the kids running around.

I really enjoyed hanging out in short sleeves today, it's finally warm enough. I practiced being a big boy and sat Indian style. And look at me on Dad's lap. I'm almost as tall as he is! (just kidding around, Dad)

My Aunt Liz came over and we read my new favorite book -- it has lots of things for me to grab, which is my latest trick!
Cubs Win! Cubs Win!
Don't tell anyone but I watched TV today and helped root on the Cubs to victory - now I'm hooked for life (and I think this is The Year)!
Future pitcher?
I got so excited watching the Cubs game that I've decided to work on my knuckle ball or was it my curve - I'll have to listen to Steve Stone a bit more to figure it out.

I couldn't wait to wear my Cubs pride and what better day than Opening Day. I cheered them on to a great win.

Rumor has it that there will soon be a new reality show, "Dancing with infants." I've been practicing up on my couch dancing - so don't you go stealing my moves!
