Twelve weeks old!!


Look how I've grown in twelve weeks! I was impressed to learn that I'm weighing in at 13 lbs. 12 oz. with a height of 26 3/4 inches.

Say no to burps

No I will not burp, dad! Try as you might I'm holding it in and I dare say looking pretty cute fighting the burp - you have to fight for your right to not burp these days!!

Nightly Bath rituals


I enjoy my nightly bathtime routine - first I hang out like a Prince in the "tub" and then I get the spa treatment with a towel massage. I only vaguely remember what comes next because I get a wee bit groggy after all that!

Two month check up

So I had my two month check up yesterday! Here are my stats at 9 weeks old:
Head = 40.3 cm
Weight = 12 lb 12 oz
Length = 25.75 in

Mom and Dad aren't calling me Peanut any more, now it's String Bean since I'm so long and lean! Dr. Gosch was very happy with my progress. She had me do some tummy time and said I was lifting my head like a 4 month old. I had three shots and was very brave, I only cried for a minute and they haven't bothered me since. Mom and Dad are so proud of me!

People keep commenting (yes I do listen) that my personality is really showing through these days. Mom took these shots of me and I heard her tell her friend Rose that I was being flirty and coy - those words don't mean much to me yet, but I know there's a dictionary around here someplace!

Two months old!


I am two months old! To celebrate I slept 8 hours straight at night. Mom and Dad were thrilled and have asked me to keep it up.
